Newly Qualified Pharmacist pathway offers a designated CPPE education supervisor, blended learning approach with a mix of online learning, workshops, assessment and work-based support over 12 months. Learning is shaped on the needs of the individual and can offer preparing to train as an independent prescriber as part of the programme.

Leadership
Leading for change is a 6 month online programme with mandatory workshops and online discussion forums designed to develop inspiring and effective pharmacy leaders, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to take on challenges effectively and lead in medicines optimisation to deliver better outcomes for your patients and service users. This leadership programme is open to pharmacy professionals from all sectors and it’s a great way to develop with peers across the wider pharmacy workforce.
Supporting the development of others
Advancing your practice in education pathway is a self-directed seamless blend of online and face-to-face learning actively supporting you in developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to advance your practice as an educator and trainer. The pathway is designed to be used flexibly – you can study as much or as little of it as you need. Using our self-assessment framework will help you to plan a route through the pathway that meets your priorities and learning needs. There are no enforced deadlines, and you may revisit any component at any time.
